RETURN POLICY: DETAILS AND CONDITIONS

At We Love Uni , we are committed to making your shopping experience as pleasant and flexible as possible. If a product does not meet your expectations or you change your mind, our return policy allows you to return your items easily, free of charge, and under clear conditions.

DEADLINE FOR MAKING A RETURN

You have a generous 30 days to return one or more items, starting from the delivery date of your order.

For home delivery :

The 30 day period begins from the date your order is marked as delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

For delivery to a relay point :

The 30-day period begins as soon as our delivery partner has delivered the package to the selected relay point, and not from the moment you collect your order. This distinction is important to ensure that you have enough time to complete your return.

CONDITIONS FOR VALIDATING A RETURN

In order to ensure acceptance of your return, the following criteria must be met:

1. Condition of the items :

Products must be returned in their original condition.

They must be unworn , unwashed , and free from any traces of use (stains, odors, alterations, etc.).

2. Presence of labels :

Items must still have the We Love Uni tags and labels . If the tags have been removed, we will not be able to process your return, even if the product is in its original condition.

3. Deadline respected :

Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receiving your order. Any returns sent after this time may be refused.

4. Excluded products :

Some items may be excluded from our return policy for reasons of hygiene or use (e.g. underwear, swimwear, personalized products). These exclusions will always be specified at the time of purchase.

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A RETURN

Step 1: Prepare your return

Carefully place the items you wish to return in their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, use similar packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit. Ensure all tags and labels are attached to the products.

Step 2: Use the prepaid return label

A prepaid return label is provided to facilitate your process:

It is either included directly in your package when it was initially sent. If it is not present, you can request it by contacting our customer service. We will send it to you by email as soon as possible. Stick this label on your package, covering any old label to avoid delivery errors.

Step 3: Drop off your package

If you have chosen home delivery :

Drop off your package at a post office or any other drop-off point approved by Colissimo.

If you have chosen delivery to a relay point :

Drop off your package at a Mondial Relay collection point , using our partner's network. In both cases, ask for a stamped or signed deposit receipt . This receipt is essential as proof in the event of a problem with your return.

Step 4: Tracking your return

Once your package has been dropped off, you can track its progress using the tracking number on your return label. This allows you to check that your package reaches us within the expected time frame.

REIMBURSEMENT: DETAILS AND TERMS

Return costs covered

At We Love Uni , we cover the return costs in full . This means that you do not have to pay anything to return your items. The prepaid return label provided by us ensures that the process remains simple and at no extra cost to you.

Refund processing time

Once your package is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund for the returned items within 10 business days .

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Refund confirmation

As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming that the amount has been credited to your account. If you do not receive this email within the specified time frame, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Important: Refund of initial delivery costs

If you return your entire order, the standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase (if applicable) will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, the initial delivery charge will not be refunded.
