Delivery to a relay point (Colissimo Relais or Mondial Relay):
Free with no minimum purchase.
Packages remain available at the relay point for 14 days.
Returns:
Return deadline:
You have 30 days after delivery to return an item.
If the package is collected from a relay point, the period starts from the date of delivery to the relay point.
Conditions for a return:
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be unworn and unwashed.
“We Love Uni” labels must be attached.
Return costs:
Supported by We Love Uni, so you don't have to pay anything.
A return label is included or sent by email.
Refund :
Made within 10 working days after receipt of the return.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
