General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the sole proprietorship We Love Uni, whose information is as follows:

We Love Uni sells products from the Clothing category on its website.

The Customer declares to have read and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing their order. Validation of the order implies full and complete acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

Article 1: Products

The Products offered for sale on the Site are intended for the personal and private use of the Customer.

Each Product is accompanied by a detailed description on the Site, providing the Customer with essential information on its characteristics and price.

The photographs and visuals of the Products are presented for purely illustrative purposes and have no contractual character.

All Products comply with French legal provisions in force on the date they are put on sale, in particular those relating to safety, personal health, fairness in commercial transactions and consumer protection.

Article 2: Price

The applicable sales prices are those in effect at the time the order is placed, as displayed on the Site. All prices are indicated in Euros and include all taxes (TTC).

The price of the Products ordered shall be added, where applicable, to the delivery costs. The total amount due by the Customer is clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price charged to the Customer will always be the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 3: Availability of Products

The Products presented on the Site are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks.

If a Product is unavailable, the words "Out of stock" or "Coming soon" will appear on its description. Payment for the item will be made when the shopping cart is validated, even for an item that is temporarily unavailable but can be reserved, as with a regular order.

Article 4: Legal Guarantees

All Products benefit from the legal guarantees in force, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Code:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity: (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
    • The Customer has a period of two (2) years from delivery of the Product to take action.
    • The Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the non-compliant Product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code.
    • The Customer is exempt from providing proof of the lack of conformity of the Product for a period of six (6) months following delivery of the Product.
  • Guarantee against hidden defects: (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
    • The Customer may implement the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold.
    • In the event of implementation of this guarantee, the Customer has the choice between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price, in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.

Article 5: Order

Any order for a Product is accompanied by an obligation of immediate payment.

At the end of the ordering process, the Customer receives an email confirming that their order has been registered.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom a dispute relating to a previous order remains.

The Seller will inform the Customer by email of the shipment of his order.

Article 6: Payment

The total amount due by the Customer is payable in full at the time of ordering the Product.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Payment by bank card (credit/debit)
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment via Apple Pay

Alma's credit service is offered for the settlement of purchases and execution of payment, provided that the person purchasing the good or service through Alma (" Buyer ") accepts the contract for payment in installments or deferred payment.

  • Fees may be charged by Alma.
  • Any refusal to grant payment in installments or deferred payment by Alma may result in the lapse of the contract for the purchase of the goods or services (“ GTC ”), unless the Buyer agrees to pay the purchase amount in cash.
  • In the event of termination of the General Terms and Conditions, the contract for payment in installments or deferred payment will be terminated automatically.
  • In the event of withdrawal from the payment solution in installments or deferred payment used for your payment, the General Terms and Conditions will be terminated automatically, unless you pay the amount of your purchase in cash through Alma. If the product has already been shipped to you, you must return it within the maximum period provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of difficulties encountered in collecting payment.

Article 7: Delivery

Delivery of the Products is made by postal delivery after the order has been placed and full payment has been received by the Customer.

Delivery is made to the geographic address provided by the Customer when ordering. In the event of inaccurate or incomplete information making delivery impossible, the Seller will notify the Customer by email. If the Customer does not respond, the order may be canceled and the amounts paid refunded.

  • Shipping and Delivery Times: We guarantee shipping and delivery within a total of 3 to 5 working days from your order for delivery in France.
  • Home Delivery Fees: Home delivery is free for all orders of €75 or more. For orders under €75, a flat rate fee of €4.95 will apply.
  • Delay in Delivery: A delay in delivery of more than seven (7) days, not due to a case of force majeure, may result in the cancellation of the sale if the Customer requests this by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the Seller's head office.

Article 8: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the purchased Product.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify his decision to the Seller by providing his name, geographical address, telephone number and email address, by post or by email to info@weloveuni.com.

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the Product to the Seller. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, with the labels, in perfect condition, unworn, without dirt or deterioration.

The cost of returning the Product is covered by the Seller via a prepaid return label.

The Seller will refund all payments received (including, where applicable, the initial delivery costs for a full return of the order) without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product in perfect condition. The Seller will use the same means of reimbursement as that used by the Customer for the payment of his order.

Article 9: After-Sales Service, Complaints & Disputes

For any questions or complaints regarding the sale and delivery of a Product, the after-sales service is available to the Customer by e-mail at: info@weloveuni.com .

In accordance with legal provisions, the Client has the option of resorting to conventional mediation, in particular with the Consumer Mediation Commission, or to any alternative dispute resolution method (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute. The mediator's contact details are available on our website.

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission has set up an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, facilitating the independent out-of-court resolution of online disputes between consumers and traders in the European Union. Article 10: Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the sale resulting from:

  • Either due to the Client;
  • Either due to the insurmountable and unforeseeable act of a third party to the contract;
  • Either a case of force majeure.

The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of malfunctions or damages linked to the use of the Internet network, such as service interruption, external intrusion, presence of computer viruses, fraudulent use of bank cards, etc.

Article 11: Intellectual Property

The Products offered for sale on the Site, as well as all the elements composing them (texts, images, designs, brands, logos, etc.), are protected by design law and trademark law.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, distribution or use for commercial purposes of the Products or elements of the Site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Seller.

Article 12: Personal Data

The Seller undertakes not to communicate to third parties the personal data provided by the Customer, unless this is required by legal provisions or by court order.

In accordance with current regulations relating to the protection personal data, the Client has the right to access, rectify, modify, oppose and delete information concerning him/her.

Article 13: Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts.
