At We Love Uni, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we make sure your returns are easy and completely free.


1. Easy and free returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return one or more items. We cover the full return shipping costs: the prepaid label will be sent to you when the return is initiated.

Details on the start of the deadline:

  • For home delivery: The 30-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered to the address indicated.
  • For delivery to a relay point: The 30-day period begins as soon as your package is delivered by Mondial Relay to the chosen relay point, and not on the date of your collection.

Conditions for accepting your return:

For your return to be validated, the items must meet the following criteria:
  • Original Condition: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use (stains, odors, alterations, etc.).
  • Tags Intact: The original We Love Uni tags and labels must still be attached to the items. Any product with tags removed will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Deadline Respected: Your return request must be initiated and the items shipped within 30 days of delivery of your order.
  • Excluded Items: For hygiene or customization reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personalized items), certain products may be excluded from the right of return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

2. Return procedure

Steps to make your return:

  1. Prepare your package:
    • Carefully replace the items in their original packaging. If it is damaged, use similar protective packaging.
    • Make sure all We Love Uni tags are securely attached to the products.
  2. Obtain and use the prepaid return label:
    • Contact our customer service to initiate your return. We will email you the prepaid return label as soon as possible.
    • Affix this label to your package, covering any old shipping label.
  3. Drop off your package:
    • If your order was delivered to your home (Colissimo): Drop off your package at a post office or a Colissimo-approved drop-off point.
    • If your order was delivered to a relay point (Mondial Relay): Drop off your package at a Mondial Relay relay point.
    • In all cases: Request a deposit receipt (stamped or signed) as proof of shipment. This receipt is essential in case of problems.
  4. Track your return:
    • Please keep the tracking number on the return label to track your package's journey to our warehouse.

3. Reimbursement

Return costs:

Return shipping costs are fully covered by We Love Uni. The prepaid label ensures a free return.

Deadline and method of reimbursement:

Once your return has been received and verified by our teams, we will refund the items within 5 to 10 business days . The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Refund confirmation:

You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed. If you do not receive it within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service.

Refund of Initial Delivery Charges:

  • If you return your entire order, the home delivery fee originally paid (if applicable) will also be refunded.
  • In case of partial return, the initial delivery costs are not refunded.
