• €4.95: For orders under €75.

Estimated delivery time:

We guarantee dispatch and delivery within a total of 3 to 5 working days from your order. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time by Colissimo is generally 2 working days .

Order tracking:

As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to track your package in real time.

Reimbursement of Delivery Costs:

Home delivery fees paid will be refunded if you return your entire order. In the event of a partial return, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded.

Delivery costs to Relay Point:

• This service is completely free, regardless of the amount of your order . No minimum purchase is required.

Network and choice of Relay Point:

Choose the most convenient relay point for you (local shops) when ordering.

Notification and Withdrawal:

You will be notified by email as soon as your package is available at the selected collection point. This message will include all the necessary information for collection.

Withdrawal deadline:

Your package will be kept for 8 days at a Point Relais® or 5 days at a Locker. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
