Shipping & Delivery

We offer two delivery methods in mainland France:
- Colissimo (La Poste) home delivery: Free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, the fee is €4.95.
- Mondial Relay at a Relay Point: This service is completely free, regardless of the amount of your order.

The total estimated time is 3 to 5 working days from your order.
This period includes 2 working days for the dispatch of your order, then approximately 2 working days for delivery by Colissimo, or availability at a Relay Point.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Yes, the home delivery fee (€4.95) is refunded only if you return your entire order.
In case of partial return, the initial delivery costs are not refunded.
As delivery to a Relay Point is free, no fees are payable for this service.

Your package will be kept for 8 days at a Point Relais® or 5 days at a Locker. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
Yes, returns are completely free . We will provide you with a prepaid return label once you initiate your return request with our customer service.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use .
The original We Love Uni labels must still be attached to the items.
Your return request and shipment of the items must be made within 30 days.

You can initiate your return directly from your We Love Uni customer account , in the "My orders" section.
You can also contact our customer service to obtain your prepaid return label by email.
Prepare your package by carefully placing the items in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Drop off your package at a post office/Colissimo drop-off point (if initially delivered to your home) or a Mondial Relay collection point (if initially delivered to a collection point). Request a drop-off receipt.
Track your package with the tracking number on the return label.

Refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of your return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your initial purchase.
If you return your entire order (delivered to your home), the initial delivery charge will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, the initial delivery charge will not be refunded.
